We offer an independent approach to evaluating and implementing your corporation's defined contribution and group insurance plans. In our initial meeting we will discuss your company and employee needs. We collect data that will allow us to assess your existing plans and benchmark them.  We will then schedule a follow up meeting to provide our findings.

Once evaluated, we can make recommendations to enhance benefit offerings, work with your plans trustees to highlight and address potential fiduciary liability issues. We will assist you in making the appropriate changes to your current plans, or in the implementation of new benefit offerings.

At this point we typically plan a schedule with the HR manager to provide employee education. Our goal is to complement your human resource department efforts, support your staff in educating and providing valuable resources and simplified information to employees.
